Release: You hereby authorize Lord of the Wind Films, LLC, it’s agents, successors, licensees, assigns, heirs, executors or administrators (“Company”) the right to use your name, likeness and voice (“Material”) in promoting our Study Groups program as well as promotion, publicizing and/or advertising of the motion picture entitled WHAT THE F&%$ DO WE KNOW? (“Film”). Said usage shall include, without limitation, the right to use Material in the context of our website(s) and in promotional materials related to the Film, in perpetuity and throughout the universe. Such use of the Material may be made in a manner and by any means, whether now known or unknown as Company determine necessary in its sole discretion.

You represent and warrant that you will follow our rules and guidelines and that Lord of the Wind Films, LLC reserves the absolute right at any time to require you to cease any and all activities related to your participation as a Study Group Coordinator, with or without cause. You hereby expressly acknowledge that this is a volunteer position and that you are in no way an employee or official representative of Company and that you cannot enter into any agreements for which Company it’s agents and assignees can be held liable.
